The provision of specialized medical and/or psychiatric services that include, but are not limited to:
- Psychotherapeutic services with medical evaluation and management including evaluation and assessment of physiological phenomena (including co-morbidity between behavioral and physical health care issues);
- Assessment and monitoring of an individual’s status in relation to treatment with medication,

Therapeutic Treatment
This type of treatment is intended to prevent a medical condition from occurring. Therapy literally means “curing, healing”[1] and is the attempted remediation of a health problem, usually following a diagnosis. In the medical field, it is synonymous with the word “treatment”. Among psychologists, the term may refer specifically to psychotherapy or “talk therapy”.
