Job #0400 Clinic Supervisor / IFI Team Leader
Provide clinical and administrative oversight of in-home mental health services to at-risk youth and their families.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supervision of Direct Care Workers (DCW)
To include:
•       File review for maintenance and quality
•       Collaboration of care with DFCS
•       Provide clinical supervision file for all Direct Care Worker’s
•       Evaluate job performance quarterly for all Direct Care Worker’s
•       Collaborate with our multi discipinary team of psychiatrist, psychologist, therapist, etc.
•       Conduct in-home Individual and Family Therapy winth  consumer’s/families

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
must be a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, License Professional Counselor, or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

Job #0500 Counselor / Supervisee-Trainee / Paraprofessional

On The Path Counselors must possess a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in the helping profession (counseling, social work, psychology, or related field) or a master’s degree in related field strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of youth development and experience working with at-risk youth in community based settings. Experience working with families and youth from various socioeconomic backgrounds. Good listening skills. Nonjudgmental ability to foster self-sufficiency in families and youth using problem-solving and practical skills. Ability to handle stressful situations. Ability to establish trusting relationships through compassion, empathy, and insight. Demonstrated sensitivity to the needs of families and youth from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds. Spanish speaking preferred.

Responsibilities: Responsibilities are to be conducted with appropriate supervision and ongoing consultation.
Provide support to consumers in their homes, schools and community settings.
Research, organize, and facilitate groups for adolescents on youth developmental and mental health related issues
Periodically offer training to paraprofessional center staff on mental health topics as requested or upon determination of need in conjunction with center directors

Provide supportive services to youth at the center both individually and within the milieu setting

Connect youth and their families to on-going counseling, support groups, and supportive services within the community

Provide short-term crisis intervention and management as warranted to youth and family
Identify youth in the milieu who display risk factors and may benefit from connection to mental health services

Submit documentation in a timely and complete manner for grant purposes
Attend weekly supervision

Attend other required meetings with supervisor

Attend required meetings with center staff as determined by the center and supervisor
